SERVE ARMY, NAVY—William Frank Isaiics, 19, an«1 day Francis Isaacs, 20, brothers, serve the army and the navy. Both are sons of Mrs. Elvira Isaacs, 1009 Quincy street. William is a seaman, first class in the naval reserve, and Jay is a private in the engineer eorplt; of the army. William is aboard a United States ship. He enlisted in December, 1941, formerly attended East Bakersfield High School and Bakersfield Junior College. He worked for Pacific Gas and Electric Company and at Hart’s service station. Jay is at Fort Belvoir, Ya.{ formerly attended Bakersfield High School and Junior College, was a draftsman for Western Geophysical Company and Union Oil Company.
