Croth-J, ers has been awarded the Pur-, pie Heart medal for combat^ wounds sustained in Vietnam1, this summer.The 20-vcar-old son of Mrs. .lean Wills, 28 Fleck A\e.. and James Crothcrs. 372 .National , Dr.. received the leg wound three days after arriving in Vietnam June 13.He was a rifleman with the 36th Marine Regiment. First Di-1 vision at the time of the injury.lie has been a Marine one car.i The Purple Heart winner is on leave in the Philippine Islands and will return to Vietnam on Christmas Kve. according to the family.He is a graduate of Newark High and Heath Area Vocational1 School.
