C. were deployed in skirmishes and: after the battle was well under wayi were ordered to lay dowp. 1 copy The music, if 1 may so call it, made by the cannon balld and shellsthey whistled over our heada I ; cannot describe. 1 lay for some time i .-lose to one of the guns and could hear the men talk and cheer, which ! was after this manner, Hurrah! loa now Bobbie, name of the gun, give'em one for Wilson Creek, f.re!Hurrah, load, now Bobbie give 'em one tor Lyons, fire!
