W. E. Appleyard died some years ago from disease contracted in the service while, a member of .Company F. Fifty-second Regiment, Brooklyn militia. Mrs. Appleyard, who lives at 398 Eighteenth street, this city, and who is applying for a pension, has been unable to find any of her husband’s comrades of Company F and she asks the assistance of veterans in the matter.
