Dorwart has been promoted to the rank of captain at San-dia Base, New Mexico.Stationed at Sandia since April 1964, he is assigned duty as an instructor in the Army Weapons Division of Field Command, DASA's Atomic Weapons Training Group.A native of Summit, New Jersey, he is the son of Mrs. Florence M. Dorwart, 20 Russell Place, and a 1958 graduate of Summit High School. He attended Lafayette College, Easton, Pa., and holds a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering. He was also commissioned at the college in February, 1964 and entered military service at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.,where he completed the Officers*Basic Ordnance course prior to coming to Sandia Base.Captain Dorwart is married to the former Gloria Kimble, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Kimble, Lovington, New Mexico. They reside at 2120 Valencia, NE, Albuquerque, N.M.MEMPHIS, Tenn. (FHTNC) — Marine Lance Corporal Rob-ert K. Toomire, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Moore of Tatum, was graduated from the Aviation Structural Mechanics School in Structures at the Naval Air technical Training Center in Memphis, Tenn.The curriculum Includes electricity, aviation supply, theory of flight, plane handling, aircraft painting and repair of internal structures.Prior to attending this course, he completed the two-week Aviation Familiarization and four-week Mechanical Fundamentals courses at Memphis.U.S. ARMY, VIETNAM, (AH-TNC)~ Army Specialist Fourth Class Terry N. Morrow, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs. William E. Morrow, Monument, was assigned November 25 to the 94th Artil. lery in Viet Nam.Spec. Morrow entered the Army in November 1965 and is assigned to the 2nd Battalion of artillery. He was previously assigned to Headquarters Battery, 214th Artillery Group at Ft. Woody entered on active duty last February and was last stationed at Camp Roberts, California.A 1965 graduate of Iredell, (Tex.)
