In addition, across will be placed next to the names ofthe three men who died in action.Planning for the new Honor Roll began about a year and a half ago and was spearheads! by the American legion in Chapin. “This isn’t the American Legion’s Honor Roll, however,Mr. Rigor said. “It’s the Chapin Honor Roll.The group has held many fund-raisers, and recently received a $5,5(X) donation from asingle family.
