This office has received two copies of the Camp MacArthur Bugle from T. H. Tudor. The newspapers are full of camp, Wisconsin, war, Y. M. C. A. and general news. There are also features so that the eight pages prove very interesting reading. The paper was* established not long ago, the copy of November 30 being Vol. 1, No. 17. Friends here have learned that Mr. Tudor ha been promoted to first lieutenant in the regular army and expects to be transferred soon.Eat Much MeatDr. Dean Luce writes from Battle Creek that it requires a carload of meat each day to supply the troops there.
