PATROL NOTICE.TO George N. Rowe', Justice of the Peace for Charles County :—The undersigned think a Patrol necessary for the neighborhood of the Petitioners and pray that one be appointed.CHARLES II. WILLS,JOS. H. MATTINGLEY,SAMUEL CARRINGTON.By virtue of the above application made to me, I hereby appoint Charles H. Wills, Joseph H. Mattingley, Samuel Carrington, Robert Smith, John Marr, Richard F. Nelson, John W. Jenkins, Joseph E. Maddox, Plinney Bowie. John Wise, Wm. H. Kendrick, Joseph C. Gray, Peter WF.-liams, Francis Simmons, Addison Marbury ; and I hereby appoint Charles H. Wills, and Joseph H. Mattingley as Captains of this Patrol.
