Besides the Officers of the 65th Regiment, Lieut. Colonel Spark, of the 93d, just arrived from England, and who came uvertaud to Sbediac iious Halifax, Dep. Asst. Com. Gen. Milligan, who proceeds to take charge of the Tern iscop -U Poi luge, Lieut. Ingall, 15th Regiment, and Major M’Cord, Quebec Volunteers, both of whom had beea sent overland from Quebec, with despatches to Halifax, came passengers in the Medea.'1 he voyage was exceedingly imclemeut, being in general a succession1 of storms of snow and severe cold, which the men, although suffeiiug much, bore without a murmur; behigonly anxious to arrive in time to put down the vexatious and brutal attacks of a band of ruffian pirates, who were allowed to collect in hordes on the frontier of a country, at present labouring under the curse of an imbecile Government. .
