Ceremony Marks Induction ' Into Marine Reserve UnitFourteen men joined Hamilton'sOrganized Mar.ne Corps ReserveUnit, the 71st Spesial InfantryCo., at ceremonies conducted atthe Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, 290 N. Fair Ave. It was the largest group in the Company’s history to join the unit at a single meeting.Cnpt. Hansford E. Hoskins, commanding officer of the 71st, inducted the new members to the unit. Two of the men are veterans of active duty with the Marine Corns who recently returned to civilian life, and the other men are attending high schools in Butler and H nulton Coun4 es.The former Marines are: 1st Lt Norman G Phillips, 2698 Stratford Ave., Cincinnati, and Sgt Charier A.
