This is said to be the most delightful situation for damping, in the con State. Col. Owen is said to be a gentleman liveof fine military advantages, a kind and affa- *n(*ble gentleman.b is the 60th regiment that the company now being raised by W. B. Givens, H. E.Olds and S. P.
