State Rep. Rolland Web ber. D Anderson, will be the speaker.Representing the armed lorces for the placement of flags will be U.S. Air Force Stall Sgt. Rov Galbraith. U.S Army Sgt. Tony Gardner. U.S. Marine Corps Staff SgtTimothy D. Bigelow. Anthony Custer of the U.S. Navy and George R.
