—At a meeting of the Oshkosh Rifles last evening a resolution that Neff’s Hall should no more be rented for public balls was discussed uad laid over until another meeting. It is thought the resolution will pass, upon which the name ofthe hall will bechanced to the Rifles Armory, and it will be renovated and fixed up and used only for the company's private purpose.
