Report On ServicemenArmy Pfc. Gary L. Johnson, whose wife, Judy, lives in Brook-ston, and other members of the 7th Infantry Division participated recently in Exercise Flying Tackle, a four-ray field training exercise held in Korea.Johnson, a member of Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion in the division's 73rd Armor, received training in defensive maneuvers against attacking forces under simulated combat conditions.The 23-year-old soldier entered the Army in July and completed basic training at FortJackson, S.C. He arrived overseas in September.Johnson, son of Mrs. Jean A. I Johnson of Montiqelln, attended Monticello High School.Army Pvt. William Kite Jr., whose mother, Mrs. Wilma L. Lenox, lives at 814 State St., has been assigned to the 3rd Infantry Division Ln Germany, Kite, a member of Headquarters Battery, 3rd Battalion of the division’s 64th Armor, was last stationed at Fort. Knox, Ky.The 17-year-oid soldier attended Logansport High School.His father lives on route 3, Cutler.
