M., Aug. 30 (/P)—Twenty-six internees including Fritz Kuhn, fomer German-Ameriean bund leader, are on a •hunger strike, at the internment; camp 'here, A. M, Tenny, department, of justice officer in charge, said today.Tenny said the strike nought “redress of some supposed mistreatment and the demands wereunjustified and unreasonable.” TJiohunger strikers, he said, are all in good physical condition and there is plenty of food for them. He predicted- the strikers would resume their meals before long, adding the “kitchen is open at all times.”“Whatever they do is up to them,” Tenny said, “We are strictly complying with the Geneva convention.”The camp here has been open for about £hree years.
