Fremont Sharp-shooters.—This new company organized this morning, and elected the follow* ing officers:Captain, J. M. Silver,1st Lieut,, Jos. Price,2d Lieut., Isaiah McElfatrick.After the election the company proceeded to Camp Allen and took up their quarters. They are a very fine body of men, accustomed to the use of the rifie, aud are quite a desirable addition to the regiment.
