Persons, a labor board trial examiner, s holding against the Empire District Electric Company on most issues In the union’s controversy with the electric company.The examiner’s report was presented by W. J. Cox, union organizer, and was read and discussed in detail. While union members generally approved It, they decidedto withhold a formal acceptance awaiting action by the Empire District in filing exceptions to the report.Counsel for the Empire District has announced that the company expects to seek a hearing before the full labor board.
