Carp SS 338, following a 10-day leave at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Foy O. Rayl, 627 North Main street. A 1960 graduate of Tipton high school, he underwent basic training at Great. Lakes, III., and was then sent ,to New London to submarine school. He then went to Submarine Electrical school at New London, Conn. His address will be Paul Lee Rayl EMFA, 541-50*71, U. S. S. Carp 55338, c/o Fleet Post Office, New York, N. Y.
