for several months but his death came suddenly.Funeral services were held from Seventh Street Baptist Church Sunday at- 3:00 p. m., Rev. Gilbert Speak officiating, Moss Service directing. Pall bearers were K. J. Griffith, Frank Leonard, W. H. Dial, Novie Chaney, Parker Stansell and Roy Camron. Surviving is the mother Mrs. Minnie Jackscn, a brother, Coppage Jackson and two sisters, Mrs. Bill Lawrence and Mrs. Myrtle Kreps, all of Cullman.Nine Local Navy Recruits Inducted During JulyNine Cullman County youths joined the Navy during the month of July and were sent to the San Diego Naval Base for training.
