MEMORIAL SERVICES FOR EDWARD GAFFREY SUNDAY.Peru Journal: Special memorialservices will be held at the Methodist church at 3 o’clock next Sunday afternoon for Edward Gaffrey, Miami county’s first soldier to die in battle in Europe.All of the patriotic organizations in the county have been invited to attend the services in a body. The memorial address together with a biography of the soldier’s life will beread by Rev. Smith, pastor of the*church and there will be patriotic t music. \
