Neuman refused and Welkerwould not i**rmit him to leave tie*grounds. Nec.rnen swore lt;ut a warrant for Welkers unrest and at his hearing before a justice of the pealt; *e at Marblehead he was bound over iuthe sum of $100. He furnished bail andwas released.It is customary to take up the season tickets from the holders us they leavetho grounds, but it was never Indorerigidly enforced.
