Jacob “Jake” Todd of Apt. 810, West Virginia Manor, Bluefield, a member of the China-Burma-India Hump Pilots Association, will be among those participating in dedication of a memorial Friday, Aug. 31 near the entrance to the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. The memorial encompasses a piece of the hump as the Himalayan Mountains were called.
