Captain Fenoglio Graduated By AF Officer SchoolReserve Captain Melvin Fenoglio of Montague was one of 420 graduates of the air force’s squadron Officer school orientation course, held recently at Montgomery. Ala.| Held at the air university, the course lasted for 14 days. Course of study items included leadership, factors of national power, national policy, military weapons systems, missiles operations, space problems role of air defense, and strategic air operations. jCapt. Fenoglio is a member of the 9826th Air Reserve squadron, Wichita Falls. He serves as instructor of the local reserve flight of officers who meet tw’ice monthly | in Montague and Gainesville. Re- j cently he was appointed a mem-1 her of the Fort Worth air reserve center’s education and guidance staff The staff serves as advisors to the center commander and ap-! proves the educational program j used in the reserve program throughout north and east Texas.Fenoglio is teacher and principal of Montague school.
