Lawrence VanNimwegen JoinsThe U. S. NavyLawrence Van Ninnvegen, son of Mr. ami Mrs. Jacob Van Nimwegen, this city, left on TuesdayLawrence Van Nimwegenof last week for Des Moines, and from there he went to San Diego, Cab, where he enlisted in the U. S. Navy. He will be stationed in the latter city temporarily. A letter from him last Thursday stated that he was as far as Denver, Colo.Lawrence graduated from the Pella high schooj last spring. We hope he will cnioy service in the navy and that tho experience will be very profitable.
