(Special) -Dedication ceremonies havebeen set for Saturday with activity beginning at 7 p.m. for the new addition to the Sullivan American Legion Post, according to Joe Sluder, Post Commander.Sluder said a grand opening with a number of Legion dignitaries attending will be held. Sluder said all Legionnaires and auxiliary members are urged to Attend and members may bring guests to the ceremonies.+ + +The new addition, a 110x40 feet, structure erected by Stran Steel last March, . houses a kitchen, bar room and a large meeting room to be used for banquets, dances and meetings. The largest room is 40 x GO fee* and will seat 200 persons.The building addition was finished, after only two weeks of hired construction work, by volunteer labor from the post on weekends and evenings. Sluder estimated the Legion had gained a $40,000 additkmed at a cost of $25,000.The interior is decorated In Legion colons blue and yellow and is cooled with a 20-ton air conditioner.+ + +The post, No* 139, moved into the present location on U.S. 41, a seven-and-oce-half acre plot, in 1945 with Amos Faught a5 commander.The program for the dedication includes: '7 p.m. — Invocation, J.
