Attend District Legion Meeting at MuskogeeMr. and Mrs. Bert Cotton, Mr. and Mrs. R. Guy Scott, John Nofire and Champ W. Crossno. of the Carnie rWfclch Post No. 27 of the American Legion of Sailisaw attended the District Convention in Muskogee Sunday, August 15.The meeting was well attended and had- the pleasure” of electing John Gulager of Muskogee as ' District Commander for the coming year.Champ W. Crossno was selected by the District Executive committee to serve as cOmmltteman on the publication of the Oklahoma Legionnaire.The next meeting of Carnie Welch fost No. 27 wlU be held at the Legion Hail, August 31 at 8 O'clock P. M.All Ex-Service men are asked to bepresent.
