FITCHBURG (MASS.) SENTINEL, SATURDAY, AUGUFAST REFUELING JOB ON JET — New England's only Marine-Air Reserve jet squad-ron, VMA-322, is training for two weeks at the Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, N.C. Pfc, Gary Fischer, above, of 34 Nichols road, this city, a regular who has received orders to the First Marine Aircraft Wing in Japan, was on hand to give his home state reservists real Massachusetts service. The squadron, based at the South Weymounth Naval Air Station, is presently on two week's active duty for training. (Marine Corps Photo).
