Wilmer W. Bailey, who was with his regiment during the military maneuvering in Texas, this summer, and who Ims been visiting horn** folks in the city for the past two weeks, leaves today for Leavenworth, Kan., where his regiment is now stationed. He expects to sail in October for the Philippines.
