Mayhar Now in JapanPrivate Wesley H. Mayhar, 21,Stephenville, is an infantrymannow serving with the 11th Airborne Division. His unit, the 1stBattalion, 187th Glider Infantry Reg’t., is stationed in Hakodate,Hokkaido, Japan, and his occupational duty is guardsman for his battalion. Mayhar was inducted into the service at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, in September, 1944. After receiving his basic infantry training at Gamp Hood, Texas, hejoined the 77th Infantry Division overseas on Okinawa, and in February of this year, transferred tothe 11th Airborne Division at Hakodate, Japan.Buying?
