F'shermen and Lighthouse Keepers.Sandwich, August 14.—The seiners on the Capo have had a tolerable good week with bluetish. The traps of T. «). Mayo Co. of Boston, oft Sandwich shore, have done the host. Almost every day fair hauls ofmackerel were made, the size being aboutmedium. Philip R. Smith, assistant keeper of the Capo Cod light, at Truro, has been appointed keener of the Sandy Neck light, in place of Mrs. Flower, resigned. John R. Smith of Provincetown has neon appointed assistant keeper at Capo Cod light.
