Two Nederland Men Enter Navy TrainingGerald E. Dartez and Frank M. Goodman, both of N e d e r-land, have entered the U. S. Navy during this month,according to an announcement received this week. Both enlisted on August 6.Mr. Dartez, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Whitney Dartez of 1211 Ave. N, is a graduate of Nederland High School and of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Mo.He enlisted in the Navy as a junior college seaman.whichwill give him advance standing in the school that he attends after recruit training.
