Col. Gibbons to Command Camp At RoswellROSWELL, Aug. 13 SP—Col. Murray F. Gibbons will command the internment camp that has just been completed in the vicinity of Roswell 12 miles south of hero. The occupants of this camp, according to Col. Gibbons, will bo probably Germans,” 3000 in number,The military personnel of the camp garrison under Col, Gibbons will' be about 40 officers and approximately 1,000 enlisted men, mainly military police. LI, W. L. Pnti’ieJc of the Engineer Corps will be post engineer officer.The camp is surrounded by a 12-foot fence, double in some places.
