Senator Dennis and Messrs.- Armstrong, Shepherd and Nickel. The latter three are Canadian representa- 1 • tives in the overseas parliamentary | delegation. Addressing officers after the review, Gen. Hughes announced that two or three new divisions will be organized in Kngland, providing work for many excellent surplus of-■ fleers who could not now be used at the front. He complimented officers ! and men on their splendid appearance j today and said he had been told by a wounded German soldier in New York that the enemy regarded the Cana-1 dians as amongst the best of the I troops opposing them.Sir Sam said he hoped to spend several weeks in Kngland and would visit1 all the Canadian corps and assist in I every possible way.
