City Cadet Gets CommissionOne Morgantown cadet and one University graduate from Wheeling were commissioned in ceremonies marking the forma! close of the nation's largest ROIC advanced camp at Indi antown Gap, Pa.Receiving commissions as sec ond lieutenants were Robert lt;Risher, son of Mrs Helen V.
