Gorrell, Stephen Karnes, Philip Rath, Peter Smell, AnthonyShindler, Hugh S. Steen and John* Jac kson.In order to procure transportation, it will be necessary for each man to report himself to Camp j Chase, Columbus, Ohio. Those who are not able to travel, will immediately forward to me, a statement of their disease, condition , itc Said statement must be certified to by some prominent Physician, in order to relieve them from the charge of desertion It is my request that all report to me by letter at your earliest convenience.J.
