FIFTEEN LOCAL ' SELECTEES GET CALL FOR ARMY:i C-- I NP'iftecn Altoona young men have been called by local boards Nos. 1 j and 2 of the city to report on Friday. Aug. 22, for entrainment to ; Camp Leo, Va., where they will be ( inducted into the United States ’’ army. They are in addition to the ( five men called by local board No. .1. sFour of the selectees are volun- I teers, two enrolled by board No. 1 and the same number by No. 2. * Two registrants of No. 3 board also volunteered. They and the other 1 selectees will be entrained at noon ( for Camp Lee.The selectees chosen by Altoona board No. 1. located at H08 Fourth street, are:William Henry Buckel, 509 Ninth avenue. Juniata, teacher in Roosevelt Junior High school, a volunteer.Lewis Dorris Forsht, 705 Fifth avenue, Juniata, cashier, also a volunteer.
