Mrs. Kingsbury Passes.Voder, Aug. 4.—Mrs. Eva Kingsbury, for many years a resident of Vader, died at St. Luke’s hospital in Olympia last Tuesday and was buried at Vader Sunday afternoon. The Kingsbury family were among the pioneers who came here from the east r'.nd took up homesteads in the present Long-Beli tract near Cougar Flat.After proving up on their claim they moved to Vader, later to Toledo, and finally to Olympia, where Mr. Kingsbury died a year ago. Reverend Hughes of Napavine gave the funeral service at the church. Mrs. Burton Thorpe sang three very beautiful -solos. The Vader Eastern Star, of which deceased was a member, conducted the services at the cemetery, riving the impressive burial rites of -heir order. Mrs. Kingsbury is survived by two sons, Arthur and John;ne daughter, Mrs. Harry Wild, and five grandchildren, all of Olympia.
