[iscellanebus and News Items.The Captured Articles at Rich Moun-v —-The following army supplies wore captured by the Fc'deral.tfoops at the battle of Rich Mountain, and are now in the hands of tlie Quartermaster of the army: 1000 muskets, 18,000 rounds of powder, 7,000 '•Founds of eannisfer,'4,000 rounds of shot, 4 brass six-pounders, 4 cais’sons, 84 horses, 04 harness, 40 wagons, 20 saddles, 193 tents, 12 stands of colors, 400 pairs of pants, 1 blacksmith forge, 1 buggy and harness, clothing, trunks, and camp equipage of'various kinds, a large lot of hospital stores, drugs, medicines, surgical instruments, and last, though not least, 300 prisoners, together with 700 surrendered by Col. Pegraro. From the report, it is ascertained there were l,GO0 in the camp at “the Mountain/’ only 600 of whom escaped.—Louisville Jour.♦»
