Territory Brigade Notes.Gen. Reeves has decided that hereafter that the minimum number enlisted in each company shall be forty.Applications for companies have been received from Madill, Roff, Atoka and Fort Gibson.Gov. Stanley, Col. Shoenfelt, Hon, Tams Bixby, and other leading Territory men, are lending their valuable assistance in every way possible toward the militia movement.The following appointments will soon be made: Fred A. Gassard, of Coweta, captain and aide, and B. B. Bryan, of Boynton, second lieutenant BDd bat-talion quartermaster.Adjutant General H. L. Wmeland last week issued commissions to the fol-iowing officers: Col. C. B. Douglas, second regiment; Lt. Col. C. C. Ram-bo, second regiment; Capt. M, I. Thompson, second regiment; First Lieut Wm. Morris, second regiment; Capt. Bcnj. Marshall, second regiment; Capt. Joe Herring, eecond regiment; Major M. K. Thompson, surgeon general; First Lt. J. H. Johnson, second regiment; Capt. Oliver 0.
