Our Returned Volunteers.— We yesterday gave a brief notice of the grand reception and welcome given to our troops. The crowd was so great we were unable to get a place near enough to. hear the speeches made on the occasion, by Messrs. Withers, Case and Smith. The men were highly gratified by their hear-' •\y reception, and speak in the liighctit terms of the whole a flair. We understand the larger portion of them will re-enlist, and that the glorious Ninth regiment will be reorganized and aguiu proceed to the seat of war and add to the laurels il has already gained. The entire company has returned, with a solitary exception—John Neib, who was taken prisoner, after a desperate conflict with six of the rebels, three of whom he disabled before lie was taken. It is not known what became of him after his capture, but ihe general belief is i that he was sent to Richmond.
