Rutledge, of Naval Reserves, Sends in His Resignation.DIVISION IS TO BE BUILT UPMeeting Called for Dri!l--Compa-ny A Leaves for Camp Tonight.Dissension among the members of the Rock Island division of the naval militia has resulted in the resignation of Lieut. W. L. Rutledge, for the past year commander of the division.The resignation has been forwarded to Springfield, but ha* not been acted upon as yet. In the meantime Lieut. F. L. Tubbia Is In command of the divisiou. his appointment coming in a telegram today from Adjt.-Gen. J. K. Keece at Springfield.••It is my purpose to set at work at once to put the local division in the excellent shape that it was in when it was first organized, said Lieut. Tubbs. “The boys have lost interest in their work owing to dirlerent causes, but 1 believe it will bean easy matter to get them in line again. Rock Island should have one of the crack divisions of the state, and 1 believe we will have when we leave for camp the 10th of the present month.Lieut.
