Mr and Mrs Michael EarlyWeddingsGalbraith-EarlyAmy Lee Galbraith and Michael Allen Early were married July 18, 1987, at Goheenville Park. Rev. Darrell Knopp performed the double ring ceremony The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Galen Galbraith of New Bethlehem RD1. She is a 1984 Dayton High School graduate and a 1988 graduate of the Armstrong County School of Radiology. She is employed as an X-ray technician.Dave Golladay, EditorThe bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Merle Early of Kittanning RD2 and a 1985 Dayton High graduate. Since graduating from Penn Tech in 1986, he works as a salesman for K L Salvage inRaleigh, N C.The bride wore a white satin gown with chantilly lace and a sweetheart neckline. It included a bodice of venice lace with sequins, seed pearls and a natural waistline. It also featured long Juliet sleeves of satin and lace and a cathedral-length train. The bride wore a picture hat and a fingertip-length veil. She carried a cascading lace bouquet of yellow* lilies with miniature carnations, daisies and baby’s breath.The bride chose her sister Tena Hepler of Oak Ridge as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kim Crawford, friend of the bride, of Kittanning; Sheryl Cook, friend of the bride, of Indiana; Brenda Newhouse, cousin of the bride, of NewBethlehem; and Carol Early, sister of the bridegroom, of Kittanning. The attendants wore gowns of turquoise satin and carried lilies, miniature carnations and daisiesThe bridegroom chose Tucker Galbraith, brother of the bride, of New Bethlehem as best man Ushers were Robert Anderson, friend of the bridegroom, of Templeton; Carl Shilling, friend of the bridegroom, of Kittanning; Jeffrey Groff, cousin of the bridegroom, of New Bethlehem; and Roger Smeltzer Jr., cousin of the bride, of New York.Flower girls were Nicole Newhouse. cousin of the bride, and Jennifer Silvis, cousin of the bridegroom. Ringbearers were Brandon Hepler. nephew of the bride, and Travis Crawford, friend of the bride.Following the ceremony, a recep tion was held at East Franklin FirehaII. The couple will reside in Raleigh. N.C.
