Firemen were called to theblaze at 9:29 a.m. after the potoverheated and caught fire whilea city work crew was repairingthe roadway near the intersection of Garfield and CourtStreets.Illegal possession of firecrackers cost three young men $50 fines each in County Court IIthis morning.Judge John J.
