War games in the Allegheny National Forest came to an abrupt halt Tuesday when members of the 82nd Airborne Division received order to return to Fort Bragg immediately.The 550 men of the airborne unit had been participating in war games with members of the National Guard and special forces since parachuting into the area last week However, the Tuesday recall was several days earlier than the scheduled departure date, originally setfor Friday.Major Robert Maler of the 82nd Airborne explained, We received orders to return to Fort Bragg at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
