SCHOOL FOR PICKEDUAIR STUDENTS OPENSBr United Pre**SAfcTA MARIA, April 30.—The Hancock Foundation College of Aeronautics, said to be the first of Its kind in the United States, will open here tomorrow with 40 selected students.The Institution, endowed by Captain C. Allen Hancock, backer of the Southern Cross transpacific flight, will wo*fc toward turning out expert pilots and mechanics on a non-profit basis.
