IN AT I\t roCircMiioni ceremonyLt. Col. John E. Smith (left) 709 E. 155th PI., South Holland, turned his squadron guidon over to his successor during his retirement ceremony at the 928th Tactical Airlift Group, Air Force Reserve. The ceremony, which marked Smith’s retirement as commander of the 928th’s Supply Squadron, was held during the annual two-week tour of active duty for the unit. A veteran of 30 years of active and reserve military experience, Col. Smith is a sales representative with the Allied Lighting Co. of Chicago.
