RESCUE PLANE CLEARS AT HANGOR,Bangor, April 29. —(/P)~ An amphibian plane, speeding to the aid of two Russian air officers forced down by engine trouble at Miscou Island, N. B„ after a non-stop flight from Moscow, cleared immigration here about 8 a. m. (FJST) today and proceeded on to Moncton, N. B. The plane, piloted by R. W.
