('.hopper 'Ouf;'Troops To Scale('our! houseMountain climbing on the peak of the Warren County courthouse is set for 11 a.m. Saturday.Actually, mountain-climbing techniques will be used by members of the 82nd Airborne to fix the scale held by the statue atthe peak of the courthouse, instead of doing it more dramatically — and more dangerously — with a helicopter, as had been planned Thursday.According to County Commissioner David Rice, the decision to climb to the statue was made by a military administrator for the current war games. Rice said tbe official decided against using the “chopper” because of a tragic incident last year in which a similar military outfit was helping to install a church steeple. The helicopter apparently “conked out,” Rice said, killing several people as it plunged through tbe church.
