Two West Virginians,* Pvt. Dorma S, Parker (left) and Sgt. Wanda J. Blair will appear Tuesday with the Womens Army Corps Band which will present a free concert at 8 p.m. at the Municipal Auditorium. Pvt. Parker, who plays the tuba, is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William K. Parker of Clendenin and Sgt. Blair, who plays trumpet is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Blair of Weston.
