j LEONARD M. HUDSONKANOPOLIS—Leonard M. Hudson, 62, Kanopolis farmer, died Tuesday afternoon at the Ellsworth Hospital.Mr. Hudson was born April 20, 1895, in Ellsworth County and had lived in the Buckeye community before moving to Kanopolis 10 years ago.He was a veteran of World War 1 service in the Army and a past commander of the Kanopolis American Legion post.He was a member of the Pres-byterian Church.Survivors include the widow, Alya, and a son, Bobby, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Gail Myers, Wichita, and Mrs. Bruce Shrull, Satina; four sisters, Mrs. Oliver Bircher, and Mrs. Waiter Hoffman, Kanopolis; Mrs. Walter Bircher, Ellsworth, and Mrs. Agnes Handlin, Geneseo; two brothers, Robert, Geneseo, and Russell, Kanopolis, and two grandchildren.The funeral will be at 2 pm Friday at the Grubb Funeral Horae, the Rev.
